The Men’s Leadership Project at the University of Virginia develops leadership skills and healthy conceptions of masculinity in Charlottesville-area boys and men through education and mentoring.  MLP fosters a gender-aware perspective that acknowledges a wide range of masculinities, and encourages active participation in respectful and anti-violent community roles for men and boys while focusing on three core concepts: Authenticity, Respect, and Strength

With support from the U.Va. Women's Center and the Curry School of Education
